The only decision here with permanent consequences.
Anubis takes Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Monero, which is more choice than most markets of this kind offer and more than most buyers want. Here is the short version.
Do you want this payment to leave a permanent public record. If not, the answer is Monero and nothing else on this page changes it. If you do not mind, the remaining three differ on speed, fee behaviour and what you already hold.
Monero produces nothing publicly readable. Ring signatures blend the spend with decoys, stealth addresses mean the chain never shows the real recipient, and the amount is concealed while the network still verifies the arithmetic. The other three record the amount and both addresses permanently.
Ethereum confirms fastest, in five to ten minutes. Litecoin lands in ten to fifteen with low predictable fees. Monero takes ten to twenty. Bitcoin runs twenty minutes to an hour and its fees float with demand. Every one of these differences is over within an hour of sending.
Speed and fees are inconveniences measured in minutes and small amounts. A ledger entry cannot be edited, withdrawn or aged out, and it becomes more useful to somebody reading it later as surrounding data accumulates. Every other difference between these coins fades. That one does not.
Acquire Monero, hold it in a wallet you control, and stop thinking about the decision. The extra effort is one exchange or swap and it removes the only permanent consequence in the transaction.
Then the honest calculation is whether converting is worth it for this particular purchase. For a small routine order where you accept the record, paying with what you have is defensible. For anything you would not want connected to you later, convert first.
