Most Anubis problems have simple causes.
A connection problem is almost always your Tor circuit or a temporary flood. Request a new circuit and retry, or switch addresses. If the tile captcha rejects you, reload for a fresh set of tiles and rotating field names, and type into the visible real field only.
If the login address does not match your bar, stop, that is the phishing signal, close the tab and copy a verified address fresh. A deposit that has not shown is usually waiting on confirmations, and you sent to the correct order's address.
