Fixes for the common problems.
Almost every problem here has a signature that tells you which stage failed. Reading it takes seconds and saves an hour of reloading.
Not found means the network could not say where the address lives, so nothing was ever attempted and reloading cannot help. Disconnected means the record was found and the service did not answer, which is often a restart and often clears by itself. A connection failure usually means a relay in your own path gave up. Three unrelated situations, routinely described as the site being down.
Use the clock. Under twenty seconds points at the lookup. Twenty to sixty at path building and introduction. Beyond a minute of silence points at load on the far side. That single measurement replaces guessing, and it costs nothing but patience.
Capacity, not reachability. Your path responds fine and carries little, which are separate properties. Waiting empties a queue and does nothing to a ceiling, so a new circuit is the remedy and patience is not.
A relay dropped and your path is being rebuilt. It generally repairs itself inside a minute. Reloading cancels the request that was about to complete and puts you behind the same repair. On anything involving money, do not resubmit during a stall, and check the order state once the page settles.
Either storage is blocked for that address, or two of the addresses are open at once and overwriting each other. One address per sitting removes the second cause entirely.
Look at your own wallet first. A transaction gaining confirmations exists and simply has not been credited. If the amount is short, the fee came out of it rather than being added to it, and a second payment makes reconciliation harder rather than faster.
